We require a $75 deposit to hold the date, and it will go towards the rental fee. This deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is necessary for any reason.
We require a $600 security deposit. Some, all or non will be refunded to you after the event and the hall has been evaluated.
If Alcoholic beverages are to be sold in Crown hall, a permit Must be obtained from the Dept. of alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC).
Renter should contact ABC at 707-576-2165 at least 4 weeks prior to the scheduled event to obtain an application form.
Make sure to mention upon renting the hall that you will need and Alcohol Form from Crown Hall. This will have dimensions of hall and all info that ABC will require with your permit.
Your contract package must be completed and returned to us at least 60 days prior to the first date of your rental. Payment must be enclosed including all applicable Insurance requirements.
General Liability Insurance must be provided by tenant to cover the use of the premises in the minimum amount of $1,000,000.00 per event. This can usually be done thru your homeowners insurance or you can contact us for further options.
